Jonah runs the schedule and the site; Theo's crew does the work. A weekly update, every Friday, whether there's news or not.

Every phase ends with a decision you get to make on purpose, not one that happens to you.
You can stop after Discovery with a written scope and a number, or after Design with drawings you own. Most clients build with us; nobody is locked in.
