BulletinFall tune-up special — $99 through October 31. Book before the first cold snap hits the northern suburbs.

Family-owned since 1987

There were no sons yet when the name went on the first truck. The name was aspirational. The quoting-before-touching-anything rule was not.

Mark Kessler started Kessler & Sons in 1987 with one truck, a pager, and a list of Westerville neighbors willing to take a chance on a 26-year-old who'd just left his job at a Columbus mechanical contractor.

Ryan came aboard in 2009 after a few years working commercial HVAC downtown, and now runs day-to-day operations. Between them, they've hired every technician who's ever worn a Kessler shirt, and most have been here more than five years.

What hasn't changed: a technician tells you what's actually wrong, quotes it before touching anything, and fixes it right the first time. We've grown from one truck to a full crew covering ten communities, but that part stayed the same on purpose.
