Drain cleaning
Kitchen, bath and main-line clogs cleared, with a camera inspection when it keeps coming back.
BIncluded in the price
- Mechanical clearing (drain snake or hydro-jet) matched to the clog
- A camera inspection when it's a repeat problem, so we find the real cause
- One flat price per drain, not a per-hour surprise
- A written note of what we found for your records
CHow the visit runs
STEP 01
Diagnose
We ask about the fixture history and, for repeat clogs, run a camera down the line first.
STEP 02
Clear
Most clogs clear with a mechanical snake; grease or root intrusion may need hydro-jetting.
STEP 03
Confirm
We run water for several minutes to confirm the line drains fully, not just enough to look fixed.
STEP 04
Recommend
If the camera shows a structural issue (bellied or root-damaged pipe), we explain the options plainly — no pressure.
DQuestions we get
- Why does the same drain keep clogging?
- Recurring clogs in the same spot usually mean a partial blockage, grease buildup, or a pipe issue further down the line — a camera inspection finds out which.
- Is hydro-jetting safe for older pipes?
- We check pipe material and condition (often with a camera first) before recommending hydro-jetting — it's not the right tool for every line.
