Questions before you book
- Ideally 8–12 weeks for a full band, though we've made 3-week turnarounds work for the acoustic trio. Wedding season (April–October) books up first — the earlier you reach out, the more dates we can hold.
- Yes — the band regularly plays the Southeast and mid-Atlantic, and we'll fly for the right date anywhere in the US. Travel and lodging for shows more than 150 miles from Nashville are quoted separately from the performance fee.
- For a full band we ask for a 20x16 stage minimum, a 16-channel front-of-house console, and load-in at least 3 hours before doors. Our stage plot and input list are on the Media page — send them straight to your sound engineer.
- Yes. The private-event booking covers both — a stripped-down trio (Wren, Caleb, and either Dee or Sam) works well for ceremonies, cocktail hours, or smaller rooms where a full backline doesn't fit.
- Orders ship within 2 business days from Nashville. Standard shipping runs 4–7 business days; we'll email tracking as soon as it's on the truck. Vinyl is packed in a rigid mailer so it arrives flat.
- Join the waitlist on that show's page. We release a handful of tickets closer to the date as holds are finalized, and waitlisted fans hear first if anything opens up.
