Refund Policy

Bizfloo Branding, based in Raleigh, NC 27601, stands behind its work. Here's how refunds work for our services.
Deposits
The $250 depositrequired to start a project covers our initial discovery, planning, and design work. Once we've begun any work, the deposit becomes non-refundable. If you cancel before work has begun, the deposit is fully refundable.
Balance payments
Balance payments (the remainder due on completion) are refundable on a prorated basis if we are unable to deliver the agreed-upon scope. If you are dissatisfied with delivered work, contact us within 7 days and we will work with you to resolve it before any refund discussion.
Full payments (projects ≤ $250)
For projects invoiced in full upfront, you may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment if work has not yet started. After work begins, refunds are prorated based on completion.
Subscriptions / recurring services
Recurring service plans (hosting, maintenance, marketing) can be canceled at any time. You will not be charged for the next billing cycle. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial months already paid.
How to request a refund
Email info@bizfloo.com with your invoice number and reason for the request. We'll respond within 2 business days.
Disputes
If we can't resolve a refund issue directly, disputes are governed by our Terms of Service under North Carolina law.
