This demo answers from a fixed list of facts about an invented barbershop, with no model behind it — a public page with a live model behind a text box is a metered API key anyone can hold the enter key on. What it shows is the part that matters: an assistant answering from the business's own information, and handing off cleanly the moment it does not know. The real one, which does run a model and is rate-limited, is the concierge on the home page.
