What are your wholesale minimums?
Cafés and restaurants start at 20 lb/month across any mix of our blends or single origins, billed net-30 after the first order. Below that we're happy to set you up on a smaller trial order first.
Do you help with equipment and training?
New wholesale accounts get a training visit from Maya, our wholesale lead, covering dial-in and machine calibration, and we loan espresso equipment for qualifying volume commitments.
How fast do wholesale orders ship?
Standing orders ship on a weekly schedule you set. One-off top-up orders go out within 2 business days.
